Worker Wellness Center

Located north of Fort McMurray, Alberta at the PTI Wapasu Creek Lodge, the HSE Worker Wellness Center serves the employees of various companies working in the Athabasca oilsands.

Medical Services

• Accepts all walk-in patients regardless of company affiliation
• Ambulance transport to Fort McMurray available
• Staffed by combinations of the following:
  - Registered Nurse (RN)
  - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  - Paramedic (EMT-P)
  - Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
• Staff qualified to treat injuries (not licensed to prescribe medications)

Fee-based Industrial Health Services

• Respiratory equipment fit testing (quantitative)
• Drug and alcohol testing
• Physiotherapy
• Therapeutic massage
• Audiometric and Spirometry testing

Safety Training

• OSSA-certified courses
• Industrial safety courses
• Custom training packages
