HSE Completes Bear's Safety Acquisition
NEWS RELEASE – July 4, 2006
HSE Integrated Ltd. ("HSE" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2006 it completed the previously announced (May 8, 2006) acquisition of Bear's Safety & Rescue Services Ltd. ("Bear's") of Bonnyville, Alberta. Bear's provides industrial safety services to upstream oil and gas processing facilities, refineries, and petrochemical plants in northeast Alberta and has provided safety supervision to drilling operations in northern Canada and internationally. The financial terms remain unchanged from those previously announced.
Darcy Dedeluk, former President and owner of Bear's, is remaining with HSE in the newly created position of Operations Manager, Industrial Services, Northeast Alberta. In this position Darcy will help grow Bear's in this active market and will also help HSE expand its Oilfield Services division in the area. All employees of Bear's have been offered continued employment with HSE.
